Hallyu star Jang Keun-suk's first Japanese full-length album, "Just Crazy," debuted atop the coveted Oricon's daily chart on Wednesday.
"Just Crazy," which has already reached over 130,000 copies in pre-order sales, topped the Oricon's daily album chart on the day of its release on May 30, Tree J. Company said in a press release this morning.
His breakthrough album contains a total of 11 tracks including the title track "Crazy Crazy Crazy," his Japanese debut single "Let Me Cry" and other songs including "Bye Bye Bye (album version)," "Rain" and "In My Dream," which he performed during his arena tour last year.
According to a report posted on the website early this month, one of the tracks listed on the new record, titled "200 Miles," will be serving as the theme song of the movie version of "Fairy Tail."
While enjoying his thriving popularity in the country, Jang will be hitting the road soon for his Asia tour, dubbed "THE CRI SHOW 2" starting with Seoul, Korea in July.
He will then take the show to four cities in Japan -- Yokohama, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka --, two cities in China -- Shanghai and Shenzen -- , Taiwan and Thailand in order, the officials said.
