Korean songstress Rottyful Sky (Kim Hanul) [R's Company]
Korean songstress Rottyful Sky has made a guest appearance on a TV series on cable channel tvN, according to her agency R's Company on Friday.
R's announced in a press release that Rottyful Sky, whose real name Kim Hanul, played the character Jin So-ra on the fifth episode of tvN's Wednesday and Thursday TV series "Manny" which aired on April 27.
"Manny," helmed by Lee Young-hae, tells the story of a male nanny named Lee Han (played by Seo Ji-suk) who ends up working for a single mother (played by Byun Jung-soo) of two in Korea after running out of money.
"Kim is a talented individual and I specifically requested for her to make an appearance on 'Manny,'" producer Lee was quoted as saying. "She did a great job in playing Jin So-ra who played an important role in forming the love line between Seo and Byun's characters."
"I am always grateful to have opportunities in trying out new things and I want to do as much as I can in other aspects of entertainment outside of my singing activities," Kim said in the statement.
She is currently preparing to release her new album during the latter half of this year.
