Actor Kim Nam-kil, starring in MBC hit TV series "Queen Seon-deok", has been hospitalized to receive thorough checkup after falling off a horse during a shoot, according to his agency on Monday.
"We have requested for a close examination just to be sure and we decided it be better if he rest in the hospital under proper care since he doesn't have to go into shoot tomorrow," said an official at Star J Entertainment.
"Thankfully, there aren't any problems to his bones and no outward abrasions so he will return to set on Wednesday," the official added.
Kim was acting a scene where he was racing on a horse on Sunday when the horse made an abrupt stop, causing him to fall. He was immediately transferred to the hospital to receive treatment to his hip and waist.
