Yongin City Sets Total Allowable Apartment Remodeling Permits at 15,322 Units by 2030
Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province has set the total allowable volume for apartment complex remodeling projects at 15,322 units by 2030. On November 7, Yongin City announced the "2030 Yongin Apartment Complex Remodeling Master Plan," which includes these details. The master plan, announced on this day, provides guidelines for the stable implementation of remodeling projects for aging apartment complexes, in line with changes in Yongin's urban environment. According to the Housing Act, the remodeling master plan is reviewed for feasibility every five years and updated accordingly. Based on the previous master plan announced in 2018, the city has re-examined urban and residential conditions from 2023 to the present and established directions for improvement.
