"This venue is meaningful to us because it was where we held our very first solo concert. It feels like coming home." (Matthew)

"We've experienced many iconic moments during our activities. Today's concert is special because we're back on tour after a year." (Park Geonwook)

The group ZeroBaseOne kicked off their second world tour, "Here and Now," at KSPO Dome in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, on the afternoon of October 3. The Seoul concerts, held over three days (October 3-5), sold out every seat and attracted a cumulative audience of 30,000.

The venue was filled with international fans from Japan, China, Southeast Asia, and other regions. Fans waved rose-shaped light sticks in a wave and held up banners written in Korean, expressing their excitement.

The show opened with "Iconic," the title track from their first studio album "Never Say Never." As "Road Movie" and "Slam Dunk" followed, the audience erupted in cheers. After performances of hit songs such as "Love Sick Game," "Devil Game," and "Crush," the middle of the concert featured stages for "Kill the Romeo" and "Goosebumps."

During the fan event "Zeros' Wish Fulfillment Time," members personally responded to requests from the audience, drawing enthusiastic reactions. When asked to sing "Golden," a track from the soundtrack of "K-Pop Demon Hunters," Park Geonwook delivered a powerful high note in response.

For the first time, unit songs from the first studio album were performed live. Kim Jiwoong, Zhang Hao, Kim Taerae, and Ricky showcased "Long Way Back," while Sung Hanbin, Seok Matthew, Kim Gyuvin, Park Geonwook, and Han Yujin performed "Extra." In particular, during the "Extra" stage, dancers created a boxing ring and the members transformed into boxers, delivering an intense performance. Park Geonwook commented, "I danced as if I was prepared to break a rib."

Near the end of the concert, the members boarded a trolley decorated with roses and performed their debut song "In Bloom" and their Japanese debut single "Yura Yura," connecting closely with their fans.

ZeroBaseOne was formed in 2023 through the CJ ENM music channel Mnet's audition program "Boys Planet." The nine-member group, consisting of Sung Hanbin, Kim Jiwoong, Zhang Hao, Seok Matthew, Kim Taerae, Ricky, Kim Gyuvin, Park Geonwook, and Han Yujin, became million-sellers immediately upon debut. With each subsequent album release, they set new sales records, establishing themselves as a "rookie million-seller group." Despite their short career, they have secured a strong global fandom called "Zeros" and have grown into a representative group of the fifth generation of K-pop.

In September, they released their first full-length album, just two years after debut. Carrying the message "Nothing is impossible," the album entered major domestic and international charts immediately upon release and sold over 1.5 million copies in its first week, marking a new personal best. They also achieved their highest ranking yet on the US "Billboard 200" chart.

This tour is their last world tour of the year, taking place ahead of their contract expiration in January next year. Whether they will renew their contracts has not yet been decided. Kim Taerae said, "I'm happiest when I'm with Zeros. When I see our fans from the stage, it looks like a universe full of stars. They're so beautiful, I want to look at them forever." Park Geonwook added, "As soon as we finished promoting the studio album, we started preparing for the concert. I'm grateful to the fans who waited for us."

The audience, filling every seat, waved banners reading "This moment, only once. One and Only," and some shouted, "Zeros will be together forever," expressing their hope to continue the journey together.

Last year, ZeroBaseOne attracted 140,000 people to their first world tour, "Timeless World." With "Here and Now," they presented an even more mature stage. Starting with the Seoul concerts, they will continue to perform 11 shows across seven regions, including Bangkok, Japan, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore in November, and Taipei and Hong Kong in December.
