On September 19, Hanwha Construction Division will open the model home for "Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo," located in Mugeo-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City, marking the official start of sales. This is the first time the "Forena" brand apartment is being introduced in Ulsan, and it is expected to become a new local landmark.
Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo will consist of 816 units across eight buildings, ranging from three basement levels to 25 above-ground floors, with exclusive floor areas between 84 and 166 square meters. The complex is being built on the site of the former Hanwha Chemical Ulsan Plant employee housing, a location long coveted by locals for its pleasant residential environment. With plans to transform the area into a large-scale, emerging branded residential town, interest in the project is growing.
Located in the heart of Mugeo-dong, the complex offers convenient access to a wide range of amenities, including Ulsan Grand Park, Hyundai Department Store, the courthouse, and large supermarkets. With more than ten schools nearby, such as Samho Elementary School, Okhyeon Elementary School, and Samho Middle School, the area boasts an excellent educational environment, complemented by abundant green spaces like Taehwagang National Garden.
As the first Forena apartment in Ulsan, special attention has been paid to the product's quality. The exterior of the complex will feature the signature "Forena Exterior" design, known for its upscale appearance. Some buildings will incorporate the "Chevron Glass (curtain wall look)" with glass finishes, adding further distinction.
The community facilities will include Ulsan Nam-gu's first-ever sky lounge. The basement will house a book house, golf practice range, and fitness center. Additionally, each household will have access to generous parking-1.6 spaces per unit-and underground storage, enhancing residents' convenience.
Interiors will feature high ceilings of 2.42 meters and living room glass railings to maximize openness. The 84㎡A type offers a four-bay flat layout, while the 84㎡C type is designed as a tower layout. The 109㎡ type features a four-bay layout with four bedrooms, providing a spacious and efficient living space.
Applications will open with special supply on September 29, followed by first-priority applications on September 30 and second-priority applications on October 1. Residents of Ulsan, Busan, and Gyeongnam who are at least 19 years old, have held a subscription savings account for at least six months, and meet the required deposit by region and unit size are eligible to apply as first-priority applicants, regardless of the number of homes they own. There are no restrictions on repeat winners or requirements for actual residency. Units may be resold six months after the winner announcement date.
The model home is located in the Dal-dong area of Nam-gu, Ulsan. Move-in is scheduled for the second half of 2028.
