The main topics of the lecture will be addressed in the following order: policy environment, policy direction, and key tasks. The lecture will emphasize issues such as low birth rates and an aging population, the current state of labor in the "12 to 88 society," changes in industrial structure and the labor market, creating a workplace based on common sense, the 400,000 young people who are not currently working or studying, the basic direction of national policy tasks, genuine growth through collaborative national policy initiatives, and the establishment of occupational safety and health systems for all working people.

Director Lee passed the 38th National Civil Service Examination and has since served as Standing Member of the Gyeonggi Regional Labor Relations Commission, Chairman of the Ulsan Regional Labor Relations Commission, Director of the Employment Services Policy Division at the Ministry of Employment and Labor, Director of the Employment Culture Improvement Policy Division, and Head of the Gangwon Branch of the Central Regional Employment and Labor Office.

By inviting Director Lee Doyoung, an expert in labor policy, we have created an opportunity to share strategies that member companies can use to respond effectively."
