"GimpoTalk" is a civil service chatbot available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing over 300 pieces of consultation knowledge across nine fields: tourism and culture, transportation, environment and parks, health, welfare, taxes, economy, architecture, and civil administration.

To commemorate the launch of the service, Gimpo City will hold a two-week citizen participation event through its service provider, WiseNut Co., Ltd., from September 22 to October 2.

Citizens can access the chatbot via the "GimpoTalk" icon at the bottom right of the Gimpo City Hall website, the Gimpo City KakaoTalk channel menu, or by scanning the QR code on their mobile phones. After accessing the chatbot, they can participate by submitting a satisfaction survey and suggestions for improvement.

The survey topics include: convenient and inconvenient aspects when accessing GimpoTalk, overall satisfaction with its use, and other inconveniences or suggestions for improvement. The submitted feedback will be reviewed based on creativity, feasibility, and benefits to citizens, and 50 outstanding participants will be selected. Selected citizens will receive a coffee gift voucher worth 10,000 won, and winners will be individually notified on October 15.

A Gimpo City official stated, "GimpoTalk is a 24-hour consultation partner that any citizen can easily use," adding, "We will continue to actively reflect citizens' opinions to provide more convenient and trusted administrative services."
