According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the expected precipitation is between 5 and 40 millimeters for Jeju Island and less than 5 millimeters for Daegu and the central and southern parts of North Gyeongsang Province. In southern Gyeonggi Province, the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province, the Chungcheong region, the Jeolla region, and the Gyeongsangnam-do region, light rain of less than 0.1 millimeters may fall in some areas during the morning.


It will feel hot, with the maximum perceived temperature rising to around 33 degrees Celsius, especially in the southern regions. A heat advisory has been issued for the coastal areas of Jeju Island. The daytime high is forecast to range from 26 to 30 degrees Celsius. As of 5 a.m., the temperatures in major cities are as follows: Seoul 21.7 degrees, Incheon 21.2 degrees, Chuncheon 19.4 degrees, Daejeon 22.9 degrees, Gwangju 22.3 degrees, Jeju 26.0 degrees, Daegu 20.6 degrees, and Busan 22.7 degrees.
