2,000 Attendees Including High School Graduates
Yeungjin College (President Choi Jaeyoung) announced on September 12 that it successfully hosted the "2025 Future Mobility Job Expo," where companies in the future mobility sector and local young job seekers gathered to communicate, participate in recruitment consultations and on-site interviews, and exchange employment information.
The expo was held on September 11 at the Baekho Gymnasium of the college's Bokhyeon Campus in Daegu. The event featured a total of over 30 booths, including 22 leading companies in the future mobility and automotive parts sectors, four related organizations, consulting booths, and various experience and event booths. Approximately 2,000 participants attended, including young people from the Daegu and North Gyeongsang regions, high school seniors, and current Yeungjin College students.
This year’s expo was notable for integrating the "Mobility Recruitment Fair" with a "High School Specialized Employment Support Program."
At the recruitment fair held in Baekho Gymnasium, each company conducted recruitment consultations and interviews. The AI Convergence Mechanical Engineering Department of Yeungjin College also showcased and demonstrated future mobility robots. In the Engineering and Information Buildings, youth-focused employment competency enhancement programs were provided, including job matching based on the Prediger Card, MBTI and BIG5 assessments, application and interview consulting, and personal color analysis.
Additionally, popular YouTuber "DrawAndrew" was invited to give a special lecture titled "The Words You Need Most Right Now If You Are Afraid of Choices and Decisions," which was held at 10 a.m. in the International Seminar Room of the Information Building. The lecture resonated with young attendees on topics of self-development and career planning.
Park Hyojin, Director of Student Welfare and Career Services (Professor) at Yeungjin College, stated, "This Job Expo was designed to help young people build practical skills step by step-from self-understanding and career planning to job preparation and matching," adding, "We hope this event will become a platform where companies and young people can grow together."
Meanwhile, major companies representing Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province, such as Deoksan Precision, Sewon Moolsan, Shinyoung, L&F, Pyeonghwa Oil Seal Industry, and Sambo Motors, participated in the expo, conducting on-site interviews and recruitment consultations.
