The Job Creation Support Merit Government Awards, organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, are presented to individuals and organizations that have played a leading role in promoting youth employment and similar initiatives. This award recognized efforts such as: ▲ providing job opportunities for young people, women, and people with disabilities; ▲ promoting work-life balance through flexible work arrangements and parental leave; and ▲ contributing to private sector job creation through major projects, including customer welfare programs and fund management operations.

Executive Director Kim, who was appointed to his post at the Private School Teachers' Pension in September 2022, has emphasized the fulfillment of public institutions' social responsibilities and contributed to the creation of quality jobs. In particular, in 2024, he led the recruitment of new full-time employees, with young people accounting for 10.4% of the total workforce through efficient personnel management. He was also recognized for his efforts to strengthen the reemployment capabilities of retiring (or soon-to-retire) teachers and to create private sector jobs through fund management projects.

Song Hajung, Chairman of the Private School Teachers' Pension, stated, "This award is the result of the collective efforts of all executives and employees to create quality jobs," adding, "We will continue to do our best to contribute to sustainable job creation and employment stability in the future."
