The Democratic Party Youth Innovation Council sought to foster youth solidarity beyond party lines and regional boundaries. The workshop provided a space for young people from diverse backgrounds to share their political views and explore ways to collaborate. A mentor-mentee program connecting members of the National Assembly and local council members was also held.

In the first session, Assemblyman Lee Gwanghee and North Jeolla Provincial Council member Seo Nani gave lectures on their experiences in local autonomy and youth politics, respectively. This was followed by a reading of the youth representatives' declaration and the signing of business agreements with major organizations.

During the second session, titled "Youth Representatives' Roundtable," youth representatives from the Democratic Party, People Power Party, Reform New Party, and Cho Kuk Innovation Party participated in discussions on local extinction, employment, and care policies. The program also included an open Q&A and networking activities.

Kim Bomi, the standing representative, emphasized the importance of political participation among young people, stating, "Let's open the future through solidarity and cooperation." Seo Nani, the council chair, remarked, "It was a meaningful time for young people to gather and communicate after the COVID-19 pandemic."

The event was attended by the Democratic Party Youth Innovation Council, the Reboot Committee, the Jeonnam Youth Rights Committee, and the Democratic Party Youth Local Council Members' Association. It was evaluated as not just an exchange, but as a starting point for youth politics leading up to the local elections.
