Lotte Holds First Overseas Job Fair in Hanoi, Vietnam

Six Lotte Group Affiliates, Including Lotte Department Store, Participate
Plan to Hire About 500 People This Year

Lotte announced on the 24th that it held the '2025 Lotte Global Job Fair' at L7 Westlake Hanoi by Lotte in Vietnam on the 22nd.

The Lotte Global Job Fair is an event for job seekers to learn about Lotte Group's vision and businesses, and to receive recruitment consultations from current HR managers. This is the first time that Lotte has held a recruitment event overseas with the goal of securing global talent. Six Lotte Group affiliates participated in the event: Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart, Hotel Lotte, Lotte World, Lotte Property & Development, and Lotte Innovate. Lotte plans to hire a total of about 500 people this year.

Participants had the opportunity to learn about Lotte Group's vision, its growth history, and the affiliates operating in Vietnam. They then received focused mentoring on recruitment and work-related topics from current HR managers, and participated in mock interviews and career counseling. Those who were pre-selected were also given the opportunity to tour Lotte Mall Westlake Hanoi and experience various business sites firsthand.

Lotte first entered the Vietnamese market in 1998 with Lotteria and has since expanded its business into distribution, tourism, and services. Currently, 15 group affiliates are operating in Vietnam, employing around 10,000 local staff.

A Lotte representative said, "In order to strengthen our global competitiveness, we held this recruitment event in Vietnam for the first time to actively attract overseas talent," adding, "We are also considering holding global recruitment events in Indonesia and India, which are key markets for Lotte Group in the future."
