Boy band JYJ member Kim Jaejoong has been set as one of the male leads in what will be the idol star's first acting role in a Korean production.
3HW.Com, the promoter of upcoming SBS TV series "The Boss has Changed" (tentative title), announced through a press release on Thursday that Kim has been cast in the show starring actress Choi Gang-hee who will play the main female character.
3HW also said that actor Ji-sung and actress Wang Ji-hye have been cast as the main characters to the drama which will be a romantic comedy about the female lead character, who after struggling with employment, becomes the secretary of a boss with a bad attitude at a conglomerate firm.
Choi will play female lead Noh Eun-seol, Ji-sung the childish youngest son of a conglomerate family named Cha Ji-heon, Kim the so-called 'prince of the financial industry' with great capabilities called Cha Mu-won and Wang the perfect lawyer Seo Na-yoon.
Jaejoong, 25, is a member of trio JYJ which broke off from SM Entertainment's highly successful boy band TVXQ which formed in 2004.
Ji-sung, 34, started gaining popularity in Japan with his role as a doctor in 2007 TV series "New Heart" and has starred in a number of Korean films and dramas.
Wang, 25, has appeared in several films and dramas since making her debut in 2003 through a small screen role.
